“CaLS provided a tailored programme for Business change, training, and adoption as we navigated a complex transformation that required true people alignment. Bringing them in was an absolute relief the go live went seamlessly, and teams are still referencing and adhering to what good looks like, proudly crediting CaLS for setting that standard.”
“Our migration scope involved transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Lola was the lead change consultant and brought in her team of trainers. The whole journey was smooth, they are experienced, and there is no need to micro manage as they are very strong in their skill.”

About us →Led by a practitioner who does this for a living.
Change Management, AI Training and the Learning Academy.
For every level, from first steps to leaders.
From banking and energy to legal and retail.
Recognise one of these, or a mix of most of them? We have got you.
New rules mean new processes, and everyone has to follow them by a fixed date.
A new system or platform is going in, and people need to be ready to use it from day one.
A restructure, merger or new ways of working need people on board, without losing good people.
It rolled out, but there is no appetite for it. People have gone back to the old way of working, and the training did not stick.
Processes are being redesigned or automated, and teams need to understand and own the new way of working.
Several changes are landing on the same teams at the same time, and the business cannot absorb them.
A new way of working needs new skills, and one-off training has not stuck.
Teams are already using AI. You want people to use it safely and well, and to have the records to show it.
You would rather build your own practitioners, sponsors and champions than rely on outside help.
Start with the one that fits today. Many clients use all three over time.
We own the change plan and its delivery. You make the decisions. We make them land.
Practical AI training for every level, from a short online course to live workshops.
Courses for practitioners, leaders and champions, so skills stay when we leave.
We work with the established change methods, including ADKAR, Kotter and Lewin.
We have our own tried and tested change methodology that you may choose to use for your change, as it comes with an extensive toolkit, UPELO™, and covers every touchpoint of a change. Five steps, whatever the size of the change.
The UPELO™ road
Find out what is changing, who it affects and how they feel about it. Then agree why it matters and how to approach it.
Decide how the change will work and plan it, with your decision makers agreeing each step.
Get people ready. Talk to them early, find colleagues who will champion the change, and train everyone before go-live.
Be there on the day and after it, with hands-on help while the change settles in.
Hand over the plans and decisions, so your own teams run the new way with confidence.
Free, and quick to use.
Change Management
We own the change plan and its delivery. Experienced change managers who take charge of the work, from the first assessment to handing it over. You make the decisions. We make them land.
Which of these sounds familiar? Most clients recognise more than one.
A new system or a major shake-up, and you want people ready on day one.
Several changes are landing on the same teams in the same month.
Two ways of working need to come together without losing good people.
The new system is live, but people are not using it, or are working around it.
New rules mean new processes, and everyone has to follow them by a fixed date.
Tools are spreading faster than people are ready to use them well.
Use us for one job or for the whole change. Either way, we start by listening.
Experienced people who take charge of the plan and see it through to go-live.
A clear picture of what is changing, and who it will affect.
Know how ready people are, and test ideas before you commit to them.
Make sure the people who will run things day to day are ready, including for any new AI tools.

Extra support that sits on top of your Change Management package, so the change lands and stays.
We provide the trainers, working on your system and your processes, so people learn the work and not only the screens.

Ask about adoptionHow change lands
When you ask us to deliver change, we know and use the established change methods, including ADKAR, Kotter and Lewin and others, and apply whichever fits your organisation. Alongside them we have our own, the UPELO™ method, which covers every touchpoint of a change, from first understanding to handover.
Understand, Plan, Equip, Launch, Own. Five steps, whatever the size of the change, and fifteen numbered deliverables across them. Which ones you get depends on the size of the change: a small change might use five. Every deliverable ends with the decision it supports, who owns it and by when. You can see the standard in our sample change plans on the Insights page.

Add-on
If your change needs people trained, we can provide the trainers. It works whether the technology is custom-built or a well-known platform.
Experienced trainers who teach people the new way of working, on top of your Change Management package.
Built-in-house or bought off the shelf, we train on the system your people will actually use.
Training that follows your processes and roles, so people learn the work and not only the screens.
Add-on
Going live is not the finish line. We check whether people are really using the new way, and tell you what is working and what needs a nudge.
Agree the goals, who is affected, the success measures and a baseline before anything changes.
Try it with a first group, measure what happens, and fix what you learn before you widen it.
Roll out in waves, check use against your measures, and tell you what to fix as you go.
Built on a start, experiment and scale approach, in the spirit of the Microsoft service adoption framework. It is an add-on to Change Management.

AI Training
Built around your people's real work. For Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and more.
The pathway
AI only pays off when people know how to use it well. We start with everyone, then build confidence where it matters most: the people who use AI every day, and the leaders who steer it. Along the way you keep a simple record of who has been trained, so progress is easy to see and easy to share.
Essentials: every employee learns what AI is, how to use it safely and fairly, and what to do when something goes wrong.
2Practice Lab and Role Packs: people practise on their own tasks, with kits for People, Operations, Customer, Finance and Change teams.
3A half day on setting direction, who is responsible, keeping a person in charge of AI decisions, and what proof to keep.
A simple record of who needs which training, who has done it and when, with a named owner and a review date. We update it when tools or roles change.
AI skills people can trust
The READY method
READY is our five-step checklist for asking an AI tool a good question, and it is taught only in our AI courses.
Example “Act as an experienced HR adviser (R). We are launching a new leave process (E). Write a 120-word message explaining what changes (A). Plain English, no jargon (D). Then tell me what you assumed (Y).”
Courses
Start with Essentials for everyone, then add what each group needs. All are delivered in-house for your organisation.

Every programme comes with a simple record of who has been trained, in what, and when. You can see progress at a glance, spot where to go next, and keep it up to date as your tools and roles change. Leaders get a clear story to tell, and teams get the confidence to get on with it.
One core programme, adjusted for the UK, the EU, the USA, the Gulf and Africa. We change the language, examples and local rules, so teams in different countries learn the same way.

A short, structured check of how ready your people really are. Over two to four weeks we use interviews, quick surveys and workshops, then give you a plain-English report, a team-by-team heat map and a short list of what to do first.
A short trial in which one group receives our training and support now and a similar group receives it later. We measure the same things for both over four to eight weeks, so you see what the programme delivers before you scale. Small groups give an indication, not statistical proof.
Yes. We do not sell or supply software. We train people on the tools your organisation has already approved, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, using your policy and real examples. If you are also working with us on the change, we can help you choose and roll out those tools.
It depends on what is being trained, so we agree it with you. Online sessions on Teams or Zoom can reach a larger audience, and in-person sessions can take up to 25 people. Hands-on workshops work best in smaller groups.
They are experienced in the established change methods, including ADKAR, Kotter and Lewin, and adapt to your culture rather than forcing one model.

From no experience to running real change, in three days.
Many organisations have no change team and no heavy method, and still need change to go well. This course gives people with no experience a practical, light toolkit they can use straight away, without a big team or a big process.
To take someone from no experience to planning and supporting a real change with a simple, light toolkit. It is a practical practitioner course built for organisations that are new to change management, so the approach is deliberately light. It is our own method and is not a Prosci course. By the end, you will be able to:
Day 1. The people side of change, what changes for individuals and for the organisation, the role of a change practitioner, and a plain-English tour of established models (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) and how they relate to UPELO™.
Day 1. Understand, Plan, Equip, Launch, Own, and how to scale it to the size of the change. Judge how mature your organisation is at change and choose a light or fuller approach.
Day 1 to 2. The case for change, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and mapping, and the first view of risks and dependencies.
Day 2. Objectives and success measures, the sponsor roadmap, communications plan, change roadmap and the start of your one-page change plan.
Day 2 to 3. Training needs and support, building and using a champions network, and preparing managers to lead their teams through the change.
Day 3. Readiness check and a go, hold or adjust recommendation, running the launch, and handling resistance respectfully.
Day 3. Adoption measures, tracking benefits, reinforcing the new way of working, and a proper handover so the change sticks.
Finish your one-page change plan and take away simple templates: impact assessment, stakeholder map, communications plan, readiness checklist and adoption tracker.
This covers the topics a practitioner-level change course is expected to: theory and models, impact and stakeholder analysis, planning, communications, training and support, readiness, resistance, adoption and sustainment. It is our own course and is not an accredited qualification.
For change practitioners who want a stronger voice: be heard by senior leaders, make the case for change, and keep your head when the pressure is on.

From delivering the plan to being heard on the decision.
Many experienced change practitioners are asked for documents when they could be shaping decisions. This course builds the presence, influence and business sense to be heard by senior leaders, and shows how to turn your impact assessments into a case they can act on.
To help you influence the decisions that shape a change, using our UPELO™ method. By the end, you will be able to:
Day 1 · Understand. Show up as a credible voice in senior meetings: prepare, speak plainly, and be known for useful, well-judged contributions.
Day 1 · Understand. Read who holds power and who is affected, learn what each leader cares about (cost, risk and results), and build allies before you need them.
Day 1 to 2 · Plan. Turn impact assessments into a clear story with evidence: benefits, risk and value, so leaders can decide quickly.
Day 2 · Equip. Questions, framing and listening that lower defensiveness, and how to coach managers and champions through hard conversations.
Day 2 · Launch. Stay calm when a change is going wrong, set healthy boundaries, and raise and escalate risk early with tact.
Day 2 · Own. See how people, process and incentives interact, spot dependencies and change overload, and plan adoption and handover. Ends with a review clinic on your own work.
This covers the topics a practitioner-level change course is expected to: theory and models, impact and stakeholder analysis, planning, communications, training and support, readiness, resistance, adoption and sustainment. It is our own course and is not an accredited qualification.

For the leaders who sponsor change.
Change often fails because sponsors are not visible or well informed, and decisions are unclear. This course helps senior people set change up so it is run well and lasts.
To set up how change is run, decided and sustained. By the end, you will be able to:
What sponsors do and don't do, how change is run, who decides what, sorting what comes first, how much change people can take and when to escalate.
Spotting culture signals, leading from the front, checking the benefits arrive and your personal sponsor plan.
For change practitioners who want a stronger voice: be heard by senior leaders, make the case for change, and keep your head when the pressure is on.

People who make change stay.
Champions are how change takes hold day to day and keeps going after the project team leaves, but only if they are well chosen, trained and supported.
To prepare people to help colleagues and keep the new way of working going. By the end, you will be able to:
The champion role, understanding the change, listening and coaching, handling push-back, passing feedback on and a local action plan.
Early wins and worries, practice coaching colleagues, signs that people are using the new way, keeping the network going and the handover plan.

A free, five-minute check. Fifteen short statements across five areas show you where you are strong and where to start.
Five areas that decide whether AI helps your people or just adds noise. You answer for where you are today, not where you hope to be.
Can your leaders say, in plain words, what AI is for, and who owns it?
Do people know what AI can and cannot do, and is training matched to their roles?
Do people know what must never go into an AI tool, and do they check the output?
Is there a short, clear policy, somewhere safe to raise problems, and a record of who has been trained?
Have you listened to people's worries, set up champions and chosen how you will measure real use?
You get an overall score and one of four bands, so you can see at a glance where you stand.
0 to 34%
Most of the building blocks are still to come. Start with an owner, basic safe-use rules and entry-level training.
35 to 59%
Some good steps are in place but they are patchy. Close the gaps in your lowest areas before you scale.
60 to 79%
Solid foundations in most areas. Targeted work on your weakest areas will make the biggest difference.
80 to 100%
Your people, rules and support are strong. Keep records current and measure real use.
It is a self-assessment, so the score reflects your own judgement. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation, and run it again after each phase of work to see progress.
Guidance only. It is not an audit or legal advice, and it does not say whether you meet any law or standard.
