Why take this course

Leaders set the rules, the appetite for risk and the tone. This session helps them make clear decisions about AI and show what they have done about it.

What you will be able to do

To help leaders set direction, name who is responsible, and keep proof of AI skills and responsible use. By the end, you will be able to:

  • Explain why AI skills matter to the organisation and what good looks like.
  • Set a sensible plan for who needs which training, based on their role.
  • Decide who owns AI risks and who to tell when something goes wrong.
  • Decide where a person must always make the call.
  • Pick a few simple measures that show the plan is working.
